When I got my XP 900 I found the throttle spring much harder than my older 800. Luckily it was an easy swap over (5min) and I just exchanged one for the other. But yes as indicated above the Ace throttle spring is reversed from the RZR's. So anyway we just removed the spring and a local chap remade a spring with less tension. In fact he used my RZR spring as a guide to match the tension. Pretty simple and Cheap solution.

For the Ace I opted to get a portable 5watt UHF CB radio (as against a fixed unit). With that in mind because I'd fitted a harness and removed the stock seatbelt I made up a pouch that fits to the old upper seatbelt mount which I can fit the CB radio into.

    As Stubby said:
....All you gotta do now to finish it up is to go out and get a little mud on it....
heheh, but like brand new blue jeans, you just gotta roll in the mud to break'em in right-like.. heheh
