    Belt replacement

    Well,
I ordered a belt for a 2015 570 SP and was told that was 3211169

Went to change it and the belt in the machine is 3211149?
When I compare them the appear to be the same length and the only difference I can see is the 3211169 has smaller teeth that are closer together than the 3211149
Any insight on this and does anyone know if you can use either of them?

Parts fiche shows 3211149 is still a valid part number for model # A15DAE57AK (49ATVCLUTCHDRIVEN1323286) so my guess is that you need another just like the one you have.

Thanks, I was really hoping the 3211169 would work as it is $110 where the 49 is $165

    Another question.
Do the belt removal tools I see online work on the 570?

I don't know but I assume they would. You can call Todd at Hunterworks and he can tell you, or look them up on his site.

They factory tool kit includes a tool to release the shivs on the secondary pulley. It's the opposite end of the spanner wrench.

Neither mine nor my wife's spanner wrench have the secondary clutch end on them.
I went ahead and ordered a tool

You are correct, Bayouguy!! I never noticed that. I saw the spanner wrench in the tool pack and just assumed it was exactly like the RZR. That was dumb!

    Well,

Got the tool and a new belt.
It took me longer to get the jack and jack it up then it did to change the belt.
What a difference having the right tool for the job makes.
