Hi, I recently bought a 2019 POLARIS ACE 500 for my son, thinking I would be able to add a power steering kit..
Apparently, the kit they make, doesn't fit the 2019 models.
I called ez-steer and they said in order to make it fit, I would need to do some heavy modifications.
Any ideas?
he is 13 and the steering is kinda heavy for him.. not the mention the bump steer...
thanks in advance!!!
I've added:
POLARIS FRONT BUMPER
POLARIS FRONT AND REAR FULL WINDSHIELD
POLARIS ROOF
POLARIS WINCH 2500
POLARIS FULL DOORS
POLARIS ROCK SLIDERS
4 POINT HARNESS (WHICH SAVED HIM ON THE FIRST RIDE)
27X14 RIP-SAW TIRES WITH MSA BLACK KORE WHEELS

Nice ride, bottom doors were a great addition for mudding. Maybe run higher limit of PSI on fronts, much easier when rolling. I ride muddy trails so after seeing some threads on voltage regulator failures, I made a mud shield for voltage regulator. Did this with sheet metal, leave at least 1-2 inches air gap/wash out room. 2017+ has a improved location, but I still did it. If you can find a MTX audio pod for it on sale for $200, it is great (check ebay). D7DEA0AB-23C8-4428-9CF1-09AF18C99FA1.jpeg
