I have the DFR 4-point 3" harnesses with sternum strap in my RZR. These ones:

I find that the strap adjusters are difficult to work with, and the springloaded pin that holds the buckle lever in the closed position is very stiff on one of them despite my attempts to lubricate it.
I have to wiggle the lever while applying force in order to get it in there.

I'm actually getting ready to take the harnesses out and put stock seat belts back in the RZR because my riding style has mellowed somewhat and the harnesses are too restrictive.

Yea,I have always been pondering the real need of it. But I would like it in the event of a roll over, but seat belt should do the trick as well. Really just gives it that race look I guess.

Harnesses definitely have their place. Anyone who does extreme stuff and/or rides every day in places that a misstep would send them rolling down a hillside should use harnesses.

But these days I do very little of that, and more "safe and sane" riding. Some people would call it boring.
But I still have a lot of fun, and the more challenging stuff I do is done in places where a mistake is not likely to kill me.
So I find that being strapped in that tight is detrimental to my enjoyment of the ride most of the time.

Thus I found myself not wearing my harnesses because they were inconvenient.
And that is how I came to NOT be wearing it when I rolled my RZR in January, stupidly attempting to do a quick turnaround on a wide flat service road by spinning my tires.

I'm getting ready to re-fit my RZR with stock seat belts.
Once that is done and I am happy with the results, I will be selling my harnesses.
