Everybody please inspect all fasteners on your new Ace!.. I located a missing screw on the right rear brake line clamp!..Someone failed to shoot a screw on the assembly line..Luge

I nearly lost one of the levers that hold the front storage area closed due to a loose bolt.
I didn't consider any of my Kawasaki ATVs (I had a few) truly "broken in" until I'd lost and replaced three screws each.
Same errors, different vehicle.

Lol Scoundrel, i owned three honda atv's and never lost a single bolt..I have owned only one kawasaki..a 2007 klx 250..The Fastest 250 dual sport I ever owned, after a jet kit and pipe it would do 90mph with my 210lb body!..no comparison to the 2007 honda XR 650R that i had set up for dual sport..it would top out at 118mph..

Dealer missed tightening the upper cage bolts on ours.

Upon closer inspection i discovered that the bolt was broke off flush. But luckily it protruded underneath the skid plate and i was able to grasp it with a pair of vice grips and remove the broken bolt. the other side had red hand made inspection marks, the side that was broken did not, which leads me to believe that someone at the factory over torqued the bolt and snapped it off, and just let it go out the door! Where are the Ace's Mfg USA or Mexico?
