Hi everyone,
Well long story short, I have a 2014 Ace 570 and a 2018 Ace 500. I am rebuilding both of them from the frame up. Both had oil seal leaks resulting in their untimely death.
My first question is this. I need to change the rollers and weights in both primary clutches as the wear is obvious. Are they both using the same cutch weights etc? I took the clutch from the 570 and used it on the 500 and it ran completely different so I suspect its the weights.

Upon further inspection for those interested, the 570 is actually a 325, the first year the ace appeared on the scene. the clutches seem identical but the weights are different and I suspect perhaps the springs. An interesting build.
