Anyone have insider info on whether or not some companies will be releasing some tuning options for these machines? (fuel, spark, datalogging...)

I work at a Polaris dealership here in Oklahoma I will keep an eye out.
I can say this the transmission and rear end are from a 570 rzr, and the front suspension is regular atv struts, which you can get kits to make them adjustable like the back ones are. Cold air filter, and muffler can be used on it already, but as far as hp you will only gain up to 3 to 4 hp per piece with those but for the cost it is not bad.

I'm sorry, but what is the cold air filter and muffler that you are talking about? Is it a Polaris part?

I am in Seiling. Big bear the kits are for most all Polaris atvs I will try to find the part number for you and post it after work today. KandM are the cold air filters however talking to a few people I do not reccomend them in use in Oklahoma the sand and dust will go right through them even with a screen over the filter,which has been the cause of many rebuilds at our store. Visited with our owner and a few sand rats lately and they all said the same thing. UNI filters has better cold air however, as far as I know they dont have one for the ace yet.

I mainly bought it so I can properly tune it with the mods I make. Right now with intake and exhaust it won't need much tuning but here in a week or so when we get the turbo kit hooked up that's when it will become necessary

So what's your guess on psi befor she pops? Engine looks pretty stout I'm hoping she will hole 6psi

If it only holds 6psi then we will be rebuilding very soon!!! We plan on having many different power levels available. Whatever it takes we will do!

Were gonna conquer the turbo project first. But we do have the majority of it planned out. We know how were gonna do the knuckles and the upper arms and shock mounts. If all goes as planned it should be 100% bolt on.
