I bought my Ace a month ago and rode it for 4 hrs. I turned it off and went to start it up again, all that happened was the dash lights came on but never even turned over. With the key out of ignition the fuel pump wld keep running, so had to disconnect the battery. After taking it back to dealer they found out it was two wires under fuse box that rubbed through from the frame rail and grounded out the machine. The dealer eventually checked the new one in showroom and that started to do the same.

Hey im going to try heat shrink around the sensor and connector easy tontake off if it works ?
