Anybody elese have the bolt on your brake pedal fall out.my wife and where was riding in wayne national forest by straitsville ohio.i looked be hind me and as she was desending a hill she suddingly servered into deep hole hanging her self up.i went back and it seems her brake pedal bolt fell out ,she had no brakes so she drove into hole to stop.there is a u shaped guide with bolt threw it.well the bolt fell out.i temperally put wire tie threw it ,untill we got off trail.poor design,Make it a point to check yours ever so ofton.

Scary; hope she is OK. That sounds like a job for thredloc. I will check mine today.
