Hello,
Need a little help. Does anyone know if there is a company that makes aftermarket front hub struts? I broke my 2016 Polaris Ace 900 SP front left on a recent outing in Idaho. It wasn't even difficult rocky terrain. After reading several threads here I found out this a weak point on these models with a number "14" casting. Unfortunately, mine are a "15" and really don't want to buy another set of OEM's from Polaris and worry about them snapping again. My bike has 1300 miles and 98 hours which to me points out bad castings on these struts. Any help/advise would be appreciated. Thanks, Lou

Huntsouthnz,
I thought the improved struts were the ones with a number "15" casting, which mine have.
Are you saying if I purchase new struts today they will be new and improved compared to the 15's that I already
have?

My strut has the number 13 on it - 2015 model but the original strut - not upgraded. I checked previous links to the upgraded struts - they aren't there anymore. But the easier way to determine if you have the upgraded front struts fitted is to take a photo and load onto here. It will be a yes or no answer to your question.

Nope - need to ask the others on this forum with the more recent Aces to post a photo of their struts - all the older links showing pics on this forum long gone. Photos are always better than links - don't know why you guys in the US post long deleted links of your old and new struts instead of photos??

Is there anyone out there that can please post pictures of a newer hub strut from 2017 and above? I would like to compare what I would potentially be buying to my originals. Thanks
