Brush Guard

The winch mount is behind the plastic lower front. Not on the brush guard; it is independent of brushguard. There is a special replacement plastic if you install a wench the way I understand it.

Hello, ACE Ventura Polaris! I am working on posting what I went through mounting the Polaris 3500 HD kit I received last week. Scoundrel said I should put it in the "How to" section. I will start the post today. The opening for the Polaris winch is already made into the frame behind the lower plastic fascia piece. The Polaris winch includes the mounting bracket which fits into the pocket and bolts with 4 bolts provided.

The front brush guard come with a metal bracket that attach to your winch fairlead to attach the front brush guard to. Did mine yesterday.

Finally got the winch installation done & posted in the "how to" section. The ACE has a terminal block under the front storage compartment to connect the winch contactor cables and control wires to, and holes already drilled in the plate to mount the contactor.
