Farmall 1948, read this thread. http://www.aceforums.net/forum/9-ace-talk/266-diagnostic-codes.html

I have had the same thing happen to my Ace about 10 times. Since I read this thread I really did not worry too much about it. I will be taking it to the dealer in a couple of weeks for the 100 hour service and I will have him check it out. It is probably the speed sensor. It only happens when I am moving slowly in low range.

It is the speed sensor. This is (was) a fairly common problem with the 900 Rangers when they first came out and I think Polaris issued a recall to change them out.

Supposedly you can drive it in low range above 4000 rpm for approximately 30 seconds and it should clear out. If it becomes a recurring problem get the dealer change it out.

Mine did this once a couple of weeks ago.
