Ive seen some of these electric turbos around and wondering how one would do on an ace. If people are only running 5-6 psi on a true turbo thats what most of the electric ones say they do so im wondering if we could pull a little more power with a lot less headache and a bunch of custom pipes, any opinions on this idea?

It would take a ton of electricity an it isn't a turbo. Turbos are exhaust powered period. So at best it must be an electric supercharger. And as such. Would take a much larger battery and charging system than any Ace has or probably will ever see, and that might not even be enough, and electric superchargers have been basically shunned by the automotive world for being basically useless and nothing but a money pit project IMO

I agree with vandal they are a complete waste of money. You can go on you tube and search for cars that have them installed they added no power and in some cases interupt the natural air flow of the engine and cause a loss of power! They ran the dyno first without one and then installed one and ran the car again. It actually lost horsepower. Basically they are a high powered computer fan lol! Save your money IMO.
