I know this is a new machine but I'm looking at buying one for work and will be putting a lot of miles on it. I don't fully trust Polaris and this being a completely new engine makes me a bit nervous. So who has the most miles so far on their ace and anyone having any major problems yet? I know the 570 rzr's have had some problems with a faulty air intake and I'm looking to avoid too many problems. Thanks

Cattaco, I don't know if anyone has enough miles to state with certainty that the Ace will be a reliable machine. I have 405 miles and 47.9 hours on mine. There was enough uncertainty in my mind about the new engine to spend $500 on an extended warranty. And I don't usually buy extended warranties. There have been some little irritants that are easily repairable. I have lost two latches that secure the front storage box and new latches and blue Loctite fixed that problem. There are other little things that are all documented on the forum. Good luck with your decision.

But FWIW, I bet Polaris is anxious to make this product line work, so they will probably stand behind it better than their reputation for other vehicles.

I love the concept, just haven't had great luck with Polaris. Will probably easily put 5000+ miles a year and need reliability.

I've only had one Polaris machine before this one and it's been rock solid. But I only have 2600 miles on it. (shrug)

Traded in my 09 rzr that I bought new with 3500 mi on it, had 0 problems. Hope my ace is just as good. Only 100 mi on the ace.
