When I saw this, I first thought it might fill a nice niche with the little ones having something a little safer than a quad to drive around at the OHV park and dune areas we ride. I'm curious to see though, how the aftermarket will respond to this thing. I think it might just be a cool little ticket to take on the Rubicon Trail where I live only an hour away. I'm thinking the ACE tagging along behind our jeep JK would be pretty cool for my teens. It will require some mods. Any input?

Many people who would never ride an atv will ride this. My wife, for instance. People who are not comfortable with motorcycle seating and controls will be willing to drive this with it's car like controls, sitting in a seat with a shoulder harness and in most cases a top and windshield, even doors.

I think they would sell these to people who want something that feels like the rzr when you drive, but has a big price difference. I'm 18, and I was looking into getting a rzr 570, but now that this has came out I really think that I want this over the 570. I prefer having a bucket seat, steering wheel, and pedals to drive like the rzr. And this thing being small, and compact with it have the steering wheel, bucket seat, pedals, and a roll cage appeal to people. Plus I like it being 7500, over 10300. I see alot on here and on the rzr fourm that people think these are really only for their kids, or wife. Which I can see, but I don't 100% agree with that.

I prefer to ride by myself incase something bad happens, I like tight technical trails and playing in the mud. I hope they drop the 570 into the ACE and I will be all over this however I still plan on test driving this one to see how it performs since my average speed is just over 10mph on my RZR 50. This will be a serious contender before I buy another RZR.

Im pretty sure youll see people dropping rzr 800 and maybe even 900 engines in them and racing them in worcs and king of hammers. Im sure they will develop some kind of class where there is no navigator riding along and just single passenger racing. Definatly an interesting future.

I ordered one for my son...he's not big enough for a full size quad and has out-grown his Outlaw 90. I didn't want to go with a 250 that he will outgrow in a year or two, so the Ace seems like a great solution. He's been riding trails since he was 6 so I'm confident he will be able to handle the Ace...but we all know who will be the first one to drive it!

For what Polaris intended it for trail riding..The motor has plenty 0 to 40mph in the woods comes pretty quick. Spins the tires on take off It's really peppy. I rode it on the gravel roads out here last night it will do 50mph easy on flat land. I'm shocked I was scared of the motor size but it has really has surprised me. But when they build a better machine I'm in because it has already been a lot of fun.

It seems to me that with the Ace Polaris wants to increase their total sales by selling to a new demographic – people who would buy no other Polaris products.

An Ace with a 570, which some apparently think it should have, would sell mainly to people who otherwise would buy other Polaris products, such as RZRs.

An Ace 570 would not increase total Polaris sales by much, if any. I wouldn't hold my breath waiting for it.

My intended use is to give it to my 76 yr old Father-In-Law.
When my 3 boys were growing up, I did everything I could to keep them OFF 4whlers as I was always scared of them being Chest crushed by an ATV turn-over.
Fast forward and 15 dirt bikes and 2 Gators later, they all ride ATVs when hunting and helping around the farm.I am more comfortable with them on the 4 wheelers but their Grandpa scares me to death when he gets on to go "run the fences" .
I have told my wife for the last 2 years that I wanted a 4wheeler with a cage for Gramps.
When I saw the ACE, I called my Dealer and he said I could have the first one they get.
He called yesterday and said it shipped!
It will be an exciting day when the old guy throws gravel as he takes off trailing his 3 grown grand kids as they head of to the back forty!
I see me getting one also as I told my wife that the Gator is "hmm" almost worn-out !
