I bought my ACE the other day. I phoned 4 different dealers in the state of WV and finally went with the one that had the best price. My intentions were to call, tell them what I wanted on it and what I was going to pay "out the door". This dealership came very close to what I was intentionally adamant on. I wanted to pay $7000 for the ATV, wanted a full windshield and hardtop and wanted "out the door" for $8000 (all fees, and taxes included). I walked out with all the above for $8185.00. I did only pay $7299 for the ATV and got discounts on the accessories with lifetime guarantee of discounts on other accessories (tax, title, fees included). I think I got a good deal...What do you guys/gals think?

On a sidenote, can someone give me some insight to the driving of these things. I did not test drive it, and have not driven a rzr to know how they drive either. My ACE handles great, I just think it's stiff. The gas pedal seems "stiff". It has the power and will get up and go after giving it a good dose of foot to the pedal, but like I said...it just seems "stiff", can't think of any other way to put that. I have ridden motorcycles and 4 wheelers and this is definitely different...not bad, but different. Can some of you ACE owners just give me an idea of what you think they feel like when you drive them. Thanks :)

Sounds like you did pretty well, congratulations!
I have about 90 miles on mine. I understand the stiffness you speak of. It does loosen up after a few hours of driving. Most of the power comes at the last bit of gas pedal travel. The pedal spring does seem a bit heavy although I've found foot position makes a difference. The engine revs fairly high before the speed and power comes. Take it easy for the break-in period according to the manual. Be patient, the suspension loosens up some as well. Check that oil too. Mine needed some after the first few hours.

I paid full retail. That was a good deal compared to the dealer I went to before I made my purchase. That dealer wanted crate fees, shipping, full retail.. I forget the exact deal, but I walked out on him. Needless to say, I was in his showroom the other day buying my rear window and there it still sets. I told them they might want to dust it.. Lol

Thanks!! I figured it was just the way the pedal felt in them. I did take it easy today..I think ;) It was 36 degrees today here in Elkins, WV and I rode it for a couple of hours and never got over 40 mph on the blacktop. I will check the oil before I take it out again. Right now it will be a few days between working and the 3 inches of snow we got today. I really like it and the windshield and hardtop really make a difference in this weather.

I am in the process of purchasing the ace from a dealer who really seems to care about what I need to pay and what he needs to make and with that nice conversation we settled on a great price. That price includes the ace $7499.00, a full front windshield $279.99, mirror $59.99, and a hardtop roof $199.99 and Mi. sales tax 6%. All I had to do is send out requests to 5 dealers in the area with what I needed to have on it and what I could pay and sent it out, great results as you can see. My quote to them was 5% off the ace and 20% off the other items and Mi. sales tax with a total of $8009.39, The winning dealer came back with $8089.92 with a full tank of gas and free delivery as a bonus.

Thank you, Abernathys aims to please, that was my experience, they are a pretty good size dealer, they sell all major brands under one roof with a Harley shop right across the road or should I say the cornfield!..I think at one time they were one of the biggest Honda dealers in the USA.

I was quoted $8200 OTD. It had the windshield, front/rear bumpers and roof. I can't remember if that included a winch. I was going to call around (Im in Va) but it seems like the price I was quoted is about normal..

I was pricing them when they first started shipping and Ridersville was selling them for $7000 but that was about 2 months ago. I'm not sure if Polaris has any specials this month or not so you may be able to get a better price than that.

UncleFord, that is awesome! If you could use the Ridersville price to get a local dealer to give you a better deal that is super cool. It is always nice to be able to buy local. I had to go 3.5 hours to get my Wildcat X but that dealer was thousands cheaper than the local dealer.
If you don't mind me asking, what was the sale price you got it for?
