I also remember something in the owner's manual about high beams, but I looked at the bulb, and there's only one filament. Maybe they are planning to have different lights later. Weird isn't it?

I think when you see high beam listed in the owners manual that is only when you upgrade to the led replacement light housings for around 600 bucks, you can buy a lot of high lumen aftermarket lights for that kind of money.
