Sounds like you had a very bad experience. My purchase was just the opposite. Very good service and no problems yet!

Good Luck.well i never even herd about the ace and i walk in a dealer saw it and purchase it, even had them put a bunch of add on's on it, i said this is perfect for me, they delivered it to the house got it off the trailer, dead battery had to jump it, took it for a spin then the seat belt fell off, 2 days later check engine light comes on code 84, so they picked it up to check the codes and to put the doors on it that i ordered, i only had it for 4 days, it took 2 weeks to get it back and i notice when they put the door pins in they didn't put the pin clips in, (i will do it myself) they said they put a new battery in it in updated the computer but they still don't know what the code 84 was because the engine light never came on for them, i also asked for someone to go over the hole machine with me to explain it to me since i never own anything like this, that never happen either, this experience has bin upsetting for me but i only hope it will get better, i lost trust in the dealer ship that i purchase it from so i guess i will be asking a lot of questions on this site, thanks.
