I just bought a 2017 Polaris Ace 500 thats been beat up a tad. I’m slowly fixing it up and I have it down to just cosmetics. Minus the wheels. First off I need tires but I’m hoping to get through this spring and summer with the ones on it but I was looking at cost and my manual says 24x8R12 and 24x10R12 so of course that’s what I was looking at. Then my buddy pointed out the obvious... my Ace has 25x8R14 on the front and 24x10R12 in the rear. Is there a reason the previous owner would’ve done this? Is it gonna cause any differential issues? Sorry I’m a newb with mechanics and I’m learning. Any advice would be appreciated.
