Could be that CSPC will require roll over protection from all manufactures in the future. If so this will be a big barter chip for Polaris
Good point, and on top of that I think this is how an ATV should have been built from the very beginning. Straddling a seat on top of a machine with zero protection just no longer seems logical once you compare a traditional ATV to the ACE. So much more comfortable and safe to sit in a real seat with a backrest and roll cage. I think the ACE will blow the doors wide open to a whole new segment of off-roading. The Rzr already took a huge share of the ATV market, I wonder if the ACE will make a traditional quad almost obsolete?

Yeah that stuff would be easy to move up.

Can you imagine how stable this thing would be at 55" plus! Everything in this machine as it sits runs down the middle of the vehicle. This includes the mass of the driver! Think about where a driver sits in relation to the outside tires. It's almost on top of them. This you easily sit 6'' inside all four corners and that's at 48'' width :)

What size dog do you have? That's funny because I said the first thing I would make for the ACE is a pet platform in the cab or some sort of dog holder :)

There is a good spot on the floor for a pet under your legs. The floor is real flat and wide and a dog could simply step in and ride underneath you. Depending on how large of a bread they are of course.

I have a 70 lb female chocolate lab. She is small, for a lab, but would never sit still long enough to ride under my legs. She wants to "see/know" what is going on at all times.

She wont even ride in the bed of my rzr or ranger cuz she "needs" to be where her daddy is. I swear i couldn't run away from my dog if I tried, she'd find me. Most loyal (to me) creature on this planet...

Here she is in my old rzr...

Exhausted, waiting for the next ride...

Maybe Honda doesn't have patents. On that note, I don't know how anybody could have patents on a concept, be it a go kart, atv, SxS, motorcycle, snowmobile, car, truck. Certain engineering or particular aspects sure but the whole " concept " ? Doesn't seem do able or durable.
