Having always been a Yamaha person, I can't deny that Polaris has it's finger on the pulse of off road riders. Since the days of Honda's Odyssey, I have thought a single seat off road vehicle would be a hit. I still have my 2004 Rhino but Polaris has taken the market and are producing machines that people want to ride. I think the Ace is a great looking vehicle and will no doubt become very popular because of the price. When I buy something new, I will need 4 seats. I think the Ace would be the perfect vehicle to take out when you are the only person riding! Hat's off to Polaris for delivering!!

VanKemp,
There is room for negotiation, as long as you find the right dealer, I just paid $7299 for mine and no setup/freight fees. That's in WV at a very popular, well reputed dealer. :)
I found another dealer that didn't charge all that nonsense, and the original dealer is still sitting on the one that they tried to gouge me on. I guess they must not want to sell it to bad!

I know what you mean, the first dealer I went into was the same (I tried to deal locally, but figured it would be a futile attempt after all I'd heard about the dealership)...I told him what I was going to pay and he said.."oh I can't hardly do that, that one there is starts at $8499 (it had the top, windshield and fenders on it), and goes up with all the accessories. I asked why MSRP was 7499 and his was $8499? He said you have to pay for freight and set up. I kindly..ok, not so kindly, said No I don't, have a good day. I left and drove an hour to the dealership where I purchased my baby, the next day. That one will be gathering dust too. Oh and my awesome dealer told me that the dealership is reimbursed for their freight charges if they sell it within a certain time period. Little bit of FYI for future ACE purchasers.

I am in the process of purchasing the ace from a dealer who really seems to care about what I need to pay and what he needs to make and with that nice conversation we settled on a great price. That price includes the ace $7499.00, a full front windshield $279.99, mirror $59.99, and a hardtop roof $199.99 and Mi. sales tax 6%. All I had to do is send out requests to 5 dealers in the area with what I needed to have on it and what I could pay and sent it out, great results as you can see. My quote to them was 5% off the ace and 20% off the other items and Mi. sales tax with a total of $8009.39, The winning dealer came back with $8089.92 with a full tank of gas and free delivery as a bonus.

I put my $500 down on Friday and ordered some add-ons. We can't wait to get one of the first ones in Colorado. Let's see how it performs above 8,000 ft.
Do you mind telling approx price. I am having hard time finding a decent price here in SW Colorado and would be happy to drive up there. I might go to TN to get one if price is as low as people are saying. Thanks

Dealers in Georgia are selling MRSP $7499 plus tax out the door and they are still sitting on the show room floor. Hold off one more month if you can, may get the price you want for 2014 ACE. Most folks are waiting to see changes in 2015 Model ACE that should release after dealers meeting around the 25 of July. I'm sure the 2014 will drop under MSRP then.
