Both of my Aces were way out of alignment. By about 1.5 inches! Easy fix and much more stable.

the tie rod end needs to be level front to back so it doesn't bind and wear prematurely. It won't be level left to right as that way is always moving with suspension travel.

Both my 900 and 570 we got last week were way out of whack..like off over a inch or more of tow out,I was scythe dealer today looked at 6 of them every one was out of line, I told the service manager about it, adjusted correct it steers much better....

I think they all come with way too much toe out. Hard on tires, especially on a bit of pavement and makes them to squirrely. I know that it makes them corner quicker as the inside tire starts to bite aggressively. I straightened mine out first thing to both straight ahead. No toe in or out, is a lot more comfortable to steer.

Question on this. My toe was really bad so I did the string method. It seems much better now but one tie rod has a lot of Thread left while the other does not. Nothing looks bent and it seems to be driving fine but is there an issue somewhere?
