Anyone know if rear view mirror can see through the mesh net?

I don't have a rear mesh panel, but the picture of one shows that the primary mirror viewing area is unobstructed by seams.
But your vision would still be reduced by the mesh itself.

The primary function of a rear window is to stop dust and mud from swirling/flying into the back of the cab.
Would a mesh do a good job of that? Would a poly panel be better?

The Can-Am Commanders use mesh, and it works great.

Yeah my friend has maverick with windshield and mesh, does well with dust.

I have the rear mesh net. It is very good at keeping the dust off when u stop. It also gives you shade that a plastic window wont. The plastic will magnify the heat i should think. I really like the net. I dont have a mirror on mine.
