Some people who own ace are saying it shuts off at 52-53 mph and some articles are seing around say 45? So, what is the truth?

I personally saw 50 mph and possibly slightly over that. So I know it will at least do 50 mph.

I'd have to say somewhere around 50mph. Might depend how much you weigh

The one I drove was not governed with a top speed of 45 mph. That's the first time I've heard of that.

I posted a month ago that when I got the first ACE in the NW. My top speed 52 mph..with winch, windshield,F/B bumpers, aluminum wheels and top and 230# driver… This is the factory speedometer reading..

mine was GPS verified and the speedo was dead on

I hit 50 today and i think it still had a bit more to go, but i had to back off
