My 2017 Ace 900 XC pulls to the right. I have adjusted the alignment and have the steering wheel centered but the Ace constantly pulls to the right. Any ideas what I should look for or advice on a solution to try? I have swapped the front tires from one side to the other (that works on my truck if it pulls to one side) but it didn't help.

check the location / position of the a-arms, top and bottom, compare right side to left side. do this loaded and unloaded.

also, you may have a bent arm or worn out bushing/bolt.
I took it into the shop today and the mechanic couldn't find anything physically wrong. Everything is tight and nothing is bent. He just called me and asked me to bring it back in. He found a procedure in the service manual that is specifically for this problem. He has to plug it in to their computer and electronically adjust the SAS. I think that is the steering angle sensor. It should do the trick.
Thanks for your suggestion and time.

I took the Ace back to the mechanic and that SAS adjustment that is described in the service manual is not available to this model Ace. He measured the rollout of the tires and figured out that I have 3 different sizes of tires out of the 4. One tire rolled out at 86" and 2 tires were 86 3/16" and one was 86 1/2". I bought all 4 tires at the same time with a tire and wheel kit. It started pulling immediately to the right, but not as bad as now. Tom, the mechanic says if all the tires aren't from the same batch that this can happen. I put the two 86 3/16" on the rear. They had been on the right front and left rear. The 86 was on the right rear and the 86 1/2 was on the left front. Tom told me to put a pound or 2 more air in the right front to make it closer to the the left front in size. That should work. Haven't tried it yet, but it is all I have left to try.
