Its doesnt make sense not to allow utvs on roads. It your gonna allow a motorcycle with no protection why not a UTV with a roll cage?

In Michigan it's really confusing, some places you can ride on forest roads, snowmobile trails, road sides, season roads and in some places you cannot. I wish they had some common posting place that tells you exactly what you can do, so frustrating.

Iowa has enacted new regulations to allow UTVS/ATVS on of our 99 county "Rural" Roads. However the speed is reduced to 35mph. To me that does not make sense as rural road speed is 55 tops for paved and gravel roads. Its kinda scary to have a car run up on you fast.
