We are excited to announce we finally received our new Polaris ACE. What a blast this little machine is to ride. We took it to one of our testing facilities and had a excellent time with it. For the size and the power of this machine it is still very capable out on the trail. We can't wait to start developing products for it.

I'm keen to remove the stock steering wheel and put on a smaller diameter one.
It made a huge improvement in the cornering in my RZR.
It makes it so that I turn the wheel a lot less to corner the same amount.
But doing so will increase the effort required to turn the wheel.
It will also decrease my leverage, making it harder for me to hold the steering wheel on course when I hit rocks and roots and stuff.
That's where the EPS comes in.

It seems the Ace wheel is the same size as the Rzr wheel....I can check I have a Rzr out in the cave..

Yes, I believe it is. Same wheel, same column.
That's why I am keen to do the same thing to the ACE that I did to the RZR - it helped me out a lot on tight trails.

Any plans for a lift kit or will any of your sportsman or rzr lifts work?

I'm in for a lift!! Also a snorkel kit would be great. Such a hassle cleaning the mud and water out of the air box and draining the belt case after a lengthy washing
