570 Ace. Less than 50 miles on it. My wife doesn't understand.

Power steering, upgraded struts,HD tie rods, in dash GPS, bluetooth receiver, upgraded full skid plate, repainting all the plastic, Walker Evans struts and rear shocks, and a bunch more stuff I cant remember right now.

Did you already order your struts and hd tie rods can't wait for mine to come. I haven't even taken my ace out yet and have dumped a ton of cash in it. I go trail riding in the pacific north west and there are some brutal trails up here like evens creek I just want my ride to be as sturdy as possible.

I've modified my own struts and tie rods (Super ATV Rzr S). Probably should have just got a 900S.

Just repainted it. No more Voodoo Blue. All flat black now.

There are threads on RZRForums.net about painting the plastics. It's more about the prep than the paint, as I understand it.

I used a primer for PTO plastic. Then basecoat clear coat. Vandal is correct. Prep work is important. Urethane Specialty makes the primer and I've never had any adhesion problems with it.
